You can scan and email us a sample of your photo for a price quote. If scanning is not available, we understand
the importance of your photos and take the utmost care with scanning, packaging and handling items sent through the postal
service.
We treat every photo gently as if it were our own. Your original photo is never altered. All
photo restoration, repairs, custom designs and enhancements are applied digitally to a copy of your photograph. Your
Picture Fixer is not responsible for any damage caused to or loss of an original photo sent in the mail. However, every
effort is made to return your photo in the same condition it was sent.
Every job is unique and requires an individual
quote. When you mail/email us your photo, our artist will evaluate it and quote how many hours your restoration will
take. You will know your total design cost before we begin working on your photo. You are under no obligation
until you accept our quoted price.
Our pricing system is uncomplicated. We charge a flat per hour fee
(with 2 hours of work included in the first hour's fee) for all custom designs, restorations and editing. Flat fee
includes one page of print(s) up to 8X10 size. Larger size prints available for additional fee.
Simple jobs
generally take 1-3 hours; more complex problems can often take over 3+ hours.

All quotes include scanning and general cleanup of your photo. Quotes remain in effect for 14 days from date issued.
The accepted written (E-mail) quote from you shall be binding.
Let us scan and repair your photos or create a custom
design and return them to you, printed or prepared for high-resolution printing. We use high quality acid-fee photo
paper for photos that we print in a variety of sizes. Hi-resolution CDs allow you to simply take your photo to your
favorite printer and make as many copies as you need for family and friends.
Extra prints and/or CDs from YPF and
shipping are additional to the cost of digital photo restoration and enhancement.
